– Go to the “Order History” section.
– Select the order containing the items you wish to return/exchange.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. We should receive the return within 7 days from the shipping date. In case you want to exchange then a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of exchange/return per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
5. Refunds/Exchanges:
– For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-7 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number. – Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
